Responsibilities
Design and execute research across multiple industries
Conduct in-depth interviews with potential customers and stakeholders
Map market trends and identify white space opportunities
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
Present findings to the team with clarity and conviction
Requirements
Deep curiosity in ambiguity and emerging patterns
Structured approach to research design and execution
Experience conducting interviews, surveys, and synthesis
Ability to translate raw data into strategic recommendations
Strong written communication skills
Nice to have
Background in psychology or consumer behaviour
Experience in venture capital or innovation labs
Familiarity with qualitative analysis tools
