Responsibilities

  • Design and execute research across multiple industries

  • Conduct in-depth interviews with potential customers and stakeholders

  • Map market trends and identify white space opportunities

  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights

  • Present findings to the team with clarity and conviction

Requirements

  • Deep curiosity in ambiguity and emerging patterns

  • Structured approach to research design and execution

  • Experience conducting interviews, surveys, and synthesis

  • Ability to translate raw data into strategic recommendations

  • Strong written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Background in psychology or consumer behaviour

  • Experience in venture capital or innovation labs

  • Familiarity with qualitative analysis tools
