About Me

I’m Victoria. I have always been curious about people and what drives our choices. That interest has shaped most of my career and how I approach work. I like clarity, structure, and understanding the reason behind things. I learn best by doing and I tend to notice patterns others overlook.

My experience so far has been a mix of problem-solving, strategy, and helping ideas come to life. Over time I realized I wanted to build something of my own, so I am now in the middle of that shift. I am learning what it means to be a founder and how to create work that reflects who I am.

This website is where I share that journey and the lessons that come with it. If you are here, I am glad you are part of it.

How I Got Here

2025

Deepening the Work

I began shaping my first long-term venture — moving from exploration into intentional, focused building. This year is about foundations, clarity, and committing to the kind of work I want to do for the next decade.

2024

Stepping Into the Founder Path

I left traditional roles to pursue venture building full-time. I spent most of the year researching problems worth solving and studying how people navigate independence, money, and stability.

2023

Early Experiments

I built small projects on the side while working full-time. These experiments taught me how to ship, listen, refine, and trust the process more than the outcome.

2022

Finding the Spark

I discovered the world of startups and product building. I became curious about how things are made — and started learning everything from design to basic code to the psychology behind why products succeed.

What I Do

Behavioural Pattern Recognition

I notice the things people overlook — patterns, motivations, emotional tells — and translate them into insights that shape how I build and communicate.

Systems & Clarity Design

I create structure out of complexity. Whether it's workflows, decisions, or strategy, I build frameworks that make things feel grounded and manageable.

Narrative & Meaning-Making

I use story, psychology, and language to give ideas shape — crafting narratives that feel inevitable, memorable, and emotionally intelligent.

Strategic Decision-Making

I make decisions through a balanced lens of intuition, logic, and long-term thinking — choosing what compounds, not what reacts.

How I Work

Build in Public

I share my journey honestly—the wins, the setbacks, and the lessons. Transparency builds trust and keeps me accountable.

Stay Close to Users

The best products come from deep understanding of the people you're building for. I prioritize conversations over assumptions.

Ship and Iterate

Perfection is the enemy of progress. I'd rather ship something imperfect and learn than wait for something that never launches.

Long-Term Thinking

Quick wins are nice, but I'm building for the long haul. Sustainable growth over short-term hacks.
